4. Provision of personal information to third parties
Unless stipulated separately by law or regulation, the Company shall not provide
any third parties with personal information without a prior consent of the subject
person.
5. Management of personal information, etc.
(1) The Company shall create an organizational structure and systems to
appropriately manage personal information, ensure that officers and employees of
the Company are aware of this policy and related rules, and strive to properly handle
personal information in daily operations.
(2) The Company shall implement appropriate information security measures against
unauthorized access, computer viruses, etc., in order to prevent damage to, loss of,
destruction of, alteration of, or leak of personal information.
(3) When outsourcing the handling of personal information to a third party, the
Company shall strictly manage and supervise the outsourcee.
6. Requests for disclosure, correction, suspension of use, deletion, etc. of personal information
In the case where the Company receives a request from an individual to disclose,
correct, suspend the use of, or delete, personal information of the individual, the
Company shall properly respond to such a request in compliance with laws,
regulations, and procedures established within the Company.
7. Continual improvement of initiatives related to personal information protection
The Company shall adhere to the Act on the Protection of Personal Information and
continually improve this policy and its personal information protection initiatives.
