At the Research & Development, Quality Control Center, staff who possess specialized knowledge conduct various activities, including not only working to improve production technology and quality management at plants, but also undertaking quality management in partnership with suppliers and
proposing new products that meet customer needs, in order to provide safe, trustworthy products.
Quality Management
We conduct thorough inspections and verifications using quality analysis (physicochemical value, microbial testing, etc.) of materials and products supplied by parties in Japan and overseas, and always make sure to deliver safe and trustworthy products to our customers. In addition, when producing overseas, a team of professionals from our company carry out onsite audits and provide guidance in order to import and sell only products that meet Japanese quality and hygiene standards.
Product Development
We strive to develop products that meet customers’ changing needs and that also open up new horizons for the company. As such, we are excited to take on the challenge of developing private brand products.
